I know nothing about tree obstacle courses. Will I be able to take part?
When you arrive at Trees Adventure you will be given all your equipement and trained (approx 15 minutes). We have different level of difficulty so you can start from the easiest one to the most difficult.
Do I need to book ?
Booking is essential. You must book before you come. Book on line.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel with a full refund if you give more than 7 days notice. There are no refunds for cancellation within 48 hours. Please check our refund policy on Prices and terms of use pages.
What happens, if i am late ?
If you are late, we’ll try to squeeze you in the next session. If the next session is full we’ll try the next one and so on. But you will have to finish on your initial booking time. Please check our late policy on the Prices and terms of use pages.
How old do you need to be ?
You have to be at least 5 years old up to …. very good shape.
What if I bring kids?
The youngest age is five years, minimum height is 100cm. If you bring other people’s children their own parents must sign the waiver in advance. Uncles, aunts,brothers etc can not sign on behalf of children.

How many courses ?
We have 5 different courses with level of diffciulty increasing with a total of 65 challenges and 8 flyinx foxes.. The green is easy and is 2 meters from the ground (mainly for children 5 to 9) when the most diffcult one is black and is up to 15 meters high.
Do all the courses have a flying fox ?
All our courses have at least one flying fox. The biggest one is 100 meters long through a dense part of the forest.
Do I pay for one course ?
Now you pay for a session of 2 hours and you can do as many courses as you can. Depending on the course it takes between 20 to 45 minutes.
Am I safe on the course?
Trees Adventure uses state-of-art harnesses and karabiners. You will always be securely attached no matter what your age or level. Our coures were approved by a leading structural engineer and a leading arborist with annual checks by both. Our courses are checked daily by staff before we open.
What happens if I get stuck in the middle of a course?
If for any reasons you are stuck in the middle (eg tired or afraid of heights) our staff are trained to rescue you and bring you down.
What happens if it rains?
Since its opening Trees Adventure has closed less than 5 times due to weather. You can adventure through moderate rain. In the instance we have to close the site due to weather you will be given a new booking session for free if you have spent less than 1 hour on the course.
How much time doest it take to complete a course?
The average time it takes to complete a course is 30 minutes. There are five courses ranging from green to black.
What do I wear?
Comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. It is a good idea to wear long pants to protect your legs. Wear close-toed shoes and remove hoop piercings. If they can’t be removed, cover potentially problematic piercings with bandaids.
Does Trees Adventure have birthday partiy ?
Yes, Trees Adventure does birthday parties for kids aged 5-9 with a limit of 12 child participants. Kids aged 10 or more can have parties with more participants. Call or email for a birthday information sheet and booking form. All participants must have waivers signed in advance.
Do you have voucher ?
We have vouchers . They are valid 12 months. When you buy it you receive a unique number in order to book whenever you want in the 12 months period.
